Should you find you need to return your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to tell us you would like to return it to us, and 21 days from the date of delivery to ensure it is safely back with us.

1. Goods must be returned in the original undamaged packaging that we delivered them to you in.

2. Goods must be an unworn state. We stringently examine any returned product to ensure it hasn’t been worn. Refunds are only offered for goods found to have been unworn.

3. You must return the goods to us at your expense using an equivalent Royal Mail service to that which was used to make delivery, or with a known courier service so we can ensure your returned goods are signed for upon receipt. Returned goods that do not arrive with us cannot be refunded.

4. You must email us within 7 days from the date delivery is made to advise us that you are returning your goods with reason for their return.

5. You must ensure your goods are delivered back to us within 21 days from the date of delivery.

6. Cancelling before you have received the item will charge a fee of £19.70 for admin charge. High End Product cancellation will resolve in a £100 custom charge

7. Discontinued items can not be refunded
